I’m really curious about something. If Grant Cardone is making hundreds of millions a year from his real estate investments, why is he always pushing so hard on YouTube? I mean, if he’s already so successful and wealthy from his real estate ventures, what’s the point of all the constant hustling and self-promotion online?

Until around three years ago, all his sales training and speaking event income funded his real estate investments through product sales. Now, it’s all about funneling people directly into contributing to his real estate fund.

I believe it’s a blend of constant giving away, involvement with Scientology, and being deceptive.

Objectively speaking, he is well-known if we’re discussing him. Famous or infamous, depending on perspective.
In my opinion, while Grant Cardone is already financially successful, his continued presence and hustle on YouTube serve multiple purposes beyond just financial gain.
