I’m really curious how Grant Cardone managed to become so successful if he’s considered a scam by some people. I mean, if he’s not who he claims to be, how did he pull it off? Maybe he’s just really good at making it look like he’s super wealthy and successful. It feels like there’s a facade because he’s always trying to sell his beliefs to people. I doubt the Grant we see is the real Grant; there’s probably a different person behind all of it.
I saw him in person, and I have to say, he’s an amazing speaker. If I needed someone to lift me out of a rut and motivate me, Grant would be the guy. But when it comes to actually being wealthy and successful, I’m skeptical. I think he’s got some scheme that works for him and draws people in.
Grant Cardone is what you might call a con artist. He makes money by convincing you that you can become rich if you attend his conference or buy his course. It’s really as straightforward as that.
Check out Coffeezilla’s videos on Grant Cardone. I’m sure he’s covered him at least once.
I don’t pay attention to any of that stuff anymore. I got fooled by get-rich-quick schemes like dropshipping and Gary Vee. I even bought a Grant Cardone course on Udemy for 10 bucks, but it didn’t teach me anything except that Grant is a con artist. I suppose that lesson was worth the 10 bucks.
My boss is insisting that everyone take the academy course and says the company spent a lot of money on it. I can’t imagine it costing that much, but was it really only $10? Lol
In my opinion, despite of all the negativity about him his ability to identify lucrative real estate opportunities and effectively manage these investments is exceptional and this has been a cornerstone of his financial success.
What most people fail to realize is that Cardone started his career in sales and has a deep understanding of sales techniques. His ability to sell himself, his ideas, and his products is a core component of his success.
